For manufacturers ready to develop new accounts

You have a product or production capability to offer, capacity to supply and a team that can confirm technical requirements and prepare quotations. You need a commercial contact to work on agreed customers in Sweden, Denmark or Norway.

What the work produces

A shared view of which accounts are worth pursuing, what buyers need and what happens next. The scope and reporting rhythm are agreed with your company.

01

A focused buyer brief

Clarify processes or products, applications, typical volumes, available capacity and the accounts or channels to target. Existing customers and excluded territories are recorded before outreach.

You receive: A written target brief and account boundaries.

02

A researched account list

Identify prospective buyers against the agreed brief. Record the reason for fit, public source, relevant function and questions that still need answering. A researched account is a prospect, not a confirmed opportunity.

You receive: An account list with fit notes and qualification questions.

03

Commercial conversations and quotation follow-up

Contact the relevant purchasing or commercial team, record its requirements and coordinate the next discussion. Your team decides feasibility, prepares prices and approves the offer.

You receive: Contact notes, buyer requirements and quotation actions.

04

An account-by-account action report

Track each account’s stage, open questions, last meaningful contact, owner and next step. When an order leads to further requirements, keep the agreed repeat-order follow-up visible.

You receive: A concise action report and decisions for your team.

What your team brings

  • A clear product range or manufacturing capability, with applications and relevant documentation.
  • Capacity, indicative volumes, delivery constraints and the technical contact for feasibility checks.
  • Pricing and quotation ownership, sample terms and support responsibilities.
  • A list of existing accounts, commercial partners and any restrictions on outreach.

What we define together

  • Countries, buyer types, target accounts and any exclusivity or exclusions.
  • How contacts, visits, technical discussions and quotations are coordinated.
  • Which first and repeat orders are eligible for commission, where commission applies, and how sales are reported.
  • Remuneration model (commission, project fee or support fee), rate or amount, payment timing, agreed expenses and review cadence.

Representation on agreed terms. Clear responsibilities.

Remuneration is agreed for each assignment: an agreed commission on eligible sales, a project fee, an ongoing support fee or a combination. Your company keeps responsibility for technical feasibility, quotation approval, production, invoicing and delivery. Fractio develops the agreed commercial accounts without buying or holding stock.

We agree practical research, outreach and follow-up milestones. The time to a quotation or order depends on the product, qualification requirements and the buyer’s purchasing cycle.

Industry and MedTech

The commercial process starts with what you manufacture, its applications and the buyers it can serve. Tooling and ongoing part supply are scoped separately.

Markets and working languages

Gothenburg is the base. Work in Sweden, Denmark and Norway is agreed by market and account; visits are planned within that scope. Working languages are Portuguese and English. Miguel is learning Swedish; any additional language support is agreed in advance.
