Service · Existing account management

Give your existing customers a regular commercial contact.

You have already won the customer. Fractio helps you maintain the relationship, follow up quotations and identify further requirements, working alongside your team from a base in Gothenburg.

For manufacturers already selling in Scandinavia

Your customers need regular contact, but your team cannot cover every conversation or visit locally. You want clear ownership of follow-up, visibility of open opportunities and attention to repeat requirements within an agreed account portfolio.

What the work produces

An account plan that starts with the relationship you already have. We agree which contacts and responsibilities move to Fractio and how your team stays involved.

01

An agreed account handover

Review the contacts, products supplied, open quotations, commercial history and current commitments you share with us. Agree how Fractio is introduced and who remains responsible for each topic.

You receive: An account brief, contact map and division of responsibilities.

02

A practical account plan

Identify review points, expected purchasing cycles and questions about future demand. Distinguish buyer-confirmed requirements from assumptions. Prioritise opportunities with your team.

You receive: An account plan with priorities and review dates.

03

Follow-up on quotations and repeat requirements

Keep commercial discussions moving, arrange calls or agreed visits and bring the manufacturer into technical or delivery questions. Record what the customer needs and the action required.

You receive: An open-item list covering quotations, repeat supply and customer questions.

04

A concise review of each account

Keep the account stage, next action, owner and timing visible. Flag requests, stalled decisions and potential further applications. Order eligibility and commission reporting follow the agreement.

You receive: An account review with decisions, owners and next steps.

What your team brings

  • The accounts you want supported, their key contacts and the context of each relationship.
  • Relevant product, quotation and order history, shared within the agreed permissions.
  • Current commitments, known concerns and escalation contacts for technical or delivery issues.
  • The intended introduction to customers and access to the information needed for follow-up.

What we define together

  • The existing accounts and countries covered, with named exclusions where needed.
  • Contact cadence, visits, reporting and ownership alongside your sales team.
  • Which existing and future orders qualify for commission, where commission applies, including treatment of open quotations.
  • Remuneration model (commission, project fee or support fee), rate or amount, payment timing, separately agreed expenses and account review dates.

Existing accounts, expressly covered by the agreement.

Remuneration is agreed for each assignment: an agreed commission on eligible orders, a project fee or an ongoing support fee. Where commission applies to existing accounts, eligibility is agreed before work begins; it is not assumed for every order. The manufacturer retains technical support, quotations, production, invoicing and delivery. Fractio provides commercial follow-up without buying or holding stock.

Visits, response expectations and review dates are agreed around the account’s needs. Expected demand remains a planning input until the buyer confirms its requirements and places an order.

Industry and MedTech

The commercial process starts with what you manufacture, its applications and the buyers it can serve. Tooling and ongoing part supply are scoped separately.

Markets and working languages

Gothenburg is the base. Work in Sweden, Denmark and Norway is agreed by market and account; visits are planned within that scope. Working languages are Portuguese and English. Miguel is learning Swedish; any additional language support is agreed in advance.
