Privacy and website analytics
How Fractio handles enquiries and optional usage statistics.
Your enquiry
Miguel Baptista at Fractio uses the company, contact and project information you submit to respond and assess the potential commercial fit. Buyer and manufacturer requests are stored in Netlify Forms, which also records technical submission metadata. The request can include the language, landing page and originating sector to help us understand the enquiry. Optional fields such as a phone number, website, quantities or a purchasing range are used only to assess the enquiry. We check with you before sharing your project brief with a potential manufacturer, and we agree how any project documents may be shared before requesting them.
New manufacturer enquiries are collected through Netlify Forms. Earlier manufacturer enquiries submitted through the former embedded form remain in HubSpot. Do not include confidential drawings or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry. Contact miguel@fractio.se to ask about access, correction or deletion of your request.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads only if you allow usage analytics. Events describe the page, language, sector, request type (buyer or manufacturer), commercial objective and actions such as clicking a call to action, starting or submitting the enquiry form. If a visit arrives from an AI assistant (for example ChatGPT, Perplexity or Copilot), the assistant’s name is recorded as the referral source; no query text is received or stored. Names, email addresses and the text of your enquiry are not sent in these events. Page URLs sent to Google exclude query strings.
Your analytics preference is saved in your browser. You can change it using “Analytics preferences” below. Declining does not prevent enquiries. The site uses session storage to remember the landing page, sector and a short-lived submission marker; these help attribute an enquiry and avoid counting a direct visit to the thank-you page as a submission.
