Manufacturers Moulds & injection production
Commercial representation · Portuguese manufacturers

Turn injection projects into ongoing customer relationships.

For Portuguese manufacturers of moulds and injection-moulded parts, the commercial opportunity can extend from a new tool to the components produced with it. Fractio develops new accounts and follows up existing customers from Gothenburg, with Sweden, Denmark and Norway as the market scope.

New customers. Stronger existing accounts.

New customers

Identify buyers whose component, material and volume requirements fit your production. Clarify whether the opportunity concerns a mould, injection production, or both before committing engineering time to a quotation.

Develop new customers

Existing customers

Keep track of part programmes already supplied: repeat batches, revised drawings, additional cavities or a new component family. Give purchasing and engineering teams a local commercial contact while your factory confirms feasibility.

Where your manufacturing scope may fit

Illustrative products and buyer types to guide qualification. Each opportunity is assessed against your actual capabilities and the buyer’s requirements.

Technical housings

Enclosures, covers and functional plastic parts.

Potential buyersElectrical equipment, industrial controls and equipment manufacturers.

Functional components

Clips, guides, brackets and insert-moulded parts, where they match your processes.

Potential buyersVehicle suppliers and manufacturers of mechanical assemblies.

Tools and subsequent series

Mould development or transfer, followed by separately agreed part production.

Potential buyersProduct owners looking to launch a component or review a production source.

Separate the tool sale from the recurring part supply.

A mould project alone does not establish a recurring production business. Where your company also supplies parts, qualify the expected life of the component programme, annual demand and batch pattern. The opportunity is the ongoing supply of approved parts as the customer builds its products; actual orders depend on that demand.

Information that makes qualification useful

A concise capability overview is enough to start. Detailed drawings or sensitive customer information can be discussed after agreeing how they may be shared.

Your manufacturing scope

Processes performed in-house and through partners; materials; part size range; available capacity; mould design, manufacture and maintenance responsibilities.

The component brief

Drawing or model revision, material specification, critical dimensions, surface requirements, assembly needs and the proposed sample approval process.

The production pattern

Expected annual volume, batch size, programme timing, ramp-up assumptions and whether the request concerns new tooling, existing tooling or transferred production.

Commercial boundaries

Current Nordic accounts, existing agents, permitted territories, quotation lead time and the new or existing accounts to be covered by Fractio.

Keep the conversation moving with the right people.

Miguel follows the conversation between the buyer and your commercial team: which drawings are still missing, who must review the quotation, when sample feedback is expected and what may affect the next order. Meetings and reporting priorities are agreed with you. Your engineers remain responsible for technical assessment, tooling decisions and production approval.

Clear commercial and technical responsibilities

Fractio develops the agreed customer relationships. The manufacturer confirms technical suitability, quotations, production and delivery. The buyer contracts directly with the manufacturer, who invoices and supplies the order.

Scope, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed before work begins. Depending on the assignment, Fractio is paid through an agreed commission on eligible orders, a project fee or an ongoing support fee. The agreement defines the accounts covered, the orders that are eligible and the payment terms.

Which customer relationships do you want to develop?

A useful starting point is one component family, a defined manufacturing scope and a clear view of whether you want new projects, stronger existing accounts, or both.
