A clear next step for every account.
An example of how Fractio can keep new customer development and existing account follow-up visible to your team. The format and reporting cadence are agreed for each partnership.
Commercial account review
Every account and situation below is invented to demonstrate the reporting format. These are not Fractio clients, completed activities or achieved results. The example timeframes are planning placeholders, not service commitments.
| Account / service | Stage | Open question | Next action | Responsible | Example timing |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Example A · Swedish OEMNew customer development | Research / qualification | Does the application fit the agreed materials and production range? | Check the application and relevant purchasing function before deciding on outreach. | Fractio | Next research review |
| Example B · Danish equipment makerNew customer development | Requirements to clarify | What batch volume, documentation and delivery expectations should a quotation cover? | Clarify the brief with the buyer; ask the manufacturer to assess feasibility. | Fractio + manufacturer | Within 5 working days* |
| Example C · Norwegian industrial buyerExisting account management | Quotation follow-up | Which commercial or technical points remain unresolved in the open quotation? | Arrange a review; the manufacturer confirms any changes to price or specification. | Fractio + manufacturer | At the next agreed call |
| Example D · Swedish MedTech distributorExisting account management | Repeat requirements | What is the expected replenishment need, and is support or product documentation missing? | Ask for an updated requirement; confirm availability and support with the manufacturer. | Fractio + manufacturer | Before the next planned review |
*An illustrative planning target only. Each real account has an agreed next action and timing. An expected requirement is not a confirmed order.
Decisions for the manufacturer
- Confirm technical fitReview the open feasibility question before a price or delivery commitment is made.
- Approve the commercial responseDecide whether an open quotation needs updated terms, supporting information or a technical discussion.
- Confirm account coverageCheck that each account and relevant first or repeat order is within the agreed scope.
What changes between reviews
A live report records the last meaningful contact, new information, changes in stage and unresolved decisions. If there has been no response or no progress, the report says so and identifies the next action or a decision to pause.
Stages describe the situation, not a forecast
Research, contact, requirements, quotation and ongoing supply are useful labels when their meaning is agreed. They do not imply a probability of sale. Confirmed orders are recorded separately from enquiries, estimates and expected demand.
One reporting approach, two services
The same account discipline applies to prospecting and to customers you already serve. Remuneration (an agreed commission on eligible orders, a project fee or an ongoing support fee), reporting of sales, expenses and payment terms are defined in the agreement. Fractio does not buy or hold stock; the manufacturer handles technical support, quotations, production, invoicing and delivery.
Define the account coverage you need
Tell Miguel whether you want new customers, support for an existing portfolio or both. We can agree the information your team needs to make decisions.
Two ways to work with Fractio
New customer development and existing account management are equally important. Choose either service, or agree a scope that includes both.
