New customers
Identify buyers whose drawings, batch sizes and process needs fit your factory. Establish whether the opportunity is a one-off part, a repeat component or a family of assemblies before preparing a quotation.
Develop new customersMachined components and fabricated assemblies can become recurring purchases when they belong to a customer’s ongoing product range. Fractio helps Portuguese manufacturers find relevant buyers and develop existing accounts in Sweden, Denmark and Norway, with a commercial contact in Gothenburg.

Identify buyers whose drawings, batch sizes and process needs fit your factory. Establish whether the opportunity is a one-off part, a repeat component or a family of assemblies before preparing a quotation.
Develop new customersFollow repeat batches, revised requirements and additional part numbers. Develop the relationship beyond an occasional request for a price by keeping contact with the purchasing team and relevant product owners.
Develop existing accountsIllustrative products and buyer types to guide qualification. Each opportunity is assessed against your actual capabilities and the buyer’s requirements.

A factory may be able to reproduce a part, but the customer must also have a reason to reorder it. Qualify whether the component belongs to an active product, a replacement programme or a one-time installation. For ongoing products, batch planning and additional references can support a broader customer relationship.
A concise capability overview is enough to start. Detailed drawings or sensitive customer information can be discussed after agreeing how they may be shared.
Machining and fabrication processes, materials, dimensional envelope, tolerances you can assess, finishing partners and available capacity.
Drawings and revisions, critical features, material and surface specifications, required measurement records and any assembly instructions.
First-batch quantity, anticipated repeat batches, annual volume, packaging, destination and the buyer’s expectations for order releases.
Best-fit order sizes, quotation response time, current Nordic customers and any limits on accounts or territories available for representation.
Miguel follows quotations and open commercial questions, checks who is responsible for the next decision and brings changes in the customer’s needs back to your team. The manufacturer decides how the part is made, validates tolerances and inspection requirements, and commits to the production and delivery terms.
Fractio develops the agreed customer relationships. The manufacturer confirms technical suitability, quotations, production and delivery. The buyer contracts directly with the manufacturer, who invoices and supplies the order.
Scope, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed before work begins. Depending on the assignment, Fractio is paid through an agreed commission on eligible orders, a project fee or an ongoing support fee. The agreement defines the accounts covered, the orders that are eligible and the payment terms.
A small set of representative parts, with material, dimensions, process and typical batch size, is more useful for market qualification than a long machine list alone.
