Documentation before price
Certificates, technical files, labelling and quality-system evidence decide whether a candidate is relevant. We ask for them early and label what is confirmed, stated or pending.
Portugal has manufacturers of medical consumables, dental products, protective equipment and veterinary supplies, as well as component suppliers to the sector. Suitability, conformity and technical or regulatory approval are confirmed for each project by the manufacturer, the buyer and the relevant specialists. Fractio coordinates the commercial work; it does not certify products or hold pre-approved suppliers for every category.

We search and confirm interest
I contact relevant Portuguese manufacturers and check interest, capacity and the conditions for your project. If no suitable match is found, you will hear it from me.
You evaluate the options
When there is a possible match, I introduce you. The manufacturer confirms price, technical requirements and delivery terms. You evaluate the quotation and any samples.
You agree the supply — I follow up
You and the manufacturer sign the agreement. The manufacturer invoices and delivers. I follow up the commercial dialogue, including ahead of repeat orders, within the scope contracted.
Clear roles and terms
Terms agreed before work starts.
Scope, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed before work starts. Depending on the assignment, Fractio may be paid through a project fee, an ongoing support fee or an agreed supplier commission. Any supplier-paid remuneration is disclosed before the relevant introduction. Submitting an enquiry does not create an order or a payment obligation.
You request quotations and order directly from the manufacturer. The manufacturer sets the price and is responsible for the agreed production, invoicing and delivery. Fractio coordinates the commercial work; roles and remuneration are agreed for each assignment.
Your enquiry is not an order. You decide whether to proceed after reviewing the proposal.

Do you verify CE marking or ISO 13485?
We collect the documentation the manufacturer provides and record its status. Verification remains with your quality or regulatory team and the relevant notified bodies or specialists.
Are veterinary products treated as medical devices?
Not necessarily; veterinary products follow their own rules. State the intended use so that the right requirements are identified with the manufacturer and your specialists.
Can you help with private-label products?
Enquiries for own-brand consumables are assessed like any other: product definition, documentation, quantities and labelling responsibilities are agreed before any introduction.
